目的:了解侵袭性真菌感染的临床分布及耐药状况。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月-2013年12月笔者所在医院检出的285株侵袭性真菌真菌的菌群分布及耐药性特点。结果:285株真菌中检出率最高的是白色假丝酵母菌219株,占76.84%。5种假丝酵母菌对5-氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B的敏感性最高分别为95.4%和76.9%以上,白色假丝酵母菌对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、伏立康唑以及氟康唑的敏感性较高达到94.1%以上,但对伊曲康唑的敏感率仅为46.1%,光滑假丝酵母菌和克柔假丝酵母菌对伊曲康唑的耐药率均为100%。近平滑假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌对氟康唑的耐药率分别为68.2%和33.3%。结论:进行真菌培养和药敏试验对指导临床合理使用抗真菌药物十分重要。
目的:瞭解侵襲性真菌感染的臨床分佈及耐藥狀況。方法:迴顧性分析2012年1月-2013年12月筆者所在醫院檢齣的285株侵襲性真菌真菌的菌群分佈及耐藥性特點。結果:285株真菌中檢齣率最高的是白色假絲酵母菌219株,佔76.84%。5種假絲酵母菌對5-氟胞嘧啶和兩性黴素B的敏感性最高分彆為95.4%和76.9%以上,白色假絲酵母菌對5-氟胞嘧啶、兩性黴素B、伏立康唑以及氟康唑的敏感性較高達到94.1%以上,但對伊麯康唑的敏感率僅為46.1%,光滑假絲酵母菌和剋柔假絲酵母菌對伊麯康唑的耐藥率均為100%。近平滑假絲酵母菌和熱帶假絲酵母菌對氟康唑的耐藥率分彆為68.2%和33.3%。結論:進行真菌培養和藥敏試驗對指導臨床閤理使用抗真菌藥物十分重要。
목적:료해침습성진균감염적림상분포급내약상황。방법:회고성분석2012년1월-2013년12월필자소재의원검출적285주침습성진균진균적균군분포급내약성특점。결과:285주진균중검출솔최고적시백색가사효모균219주,점76.84%。5충가사효모균대5-불포밀정화량성매소B적민감성최고분별위95.4%화76.9%이상,백색가사효모균대5-불포밀정、량성매소B、복립강서이급불강서적민감성교고체도94.1%이상,단대이곡강서적민감솔부위46.1%,광활가사효모균화극유가사효모균대이곡강서적내약솔균위100%。근평활가사효모균화열대가사효모균대불강서적내약솔분별위68.2%화33.3%。결론:진행진균배양화약민시험대지도림상합리사용항진균약물십분중요。
Objective:To understand the clinical distribution and drug resistance status of invasive fungal infections.Method:To retrospective analysis the flora distribution and drug resistance characteristic of 285 strains of invasive fungi in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013.Result:The highest rate of was Candida albicans strains in 285 strains of fungi which was 219 strains,accounted for 76.84%.The most sensitive of 5 kinds of Candida on 5-fluorocytosine and amphotericin B were above 95.4%and 76.9%,sensitivity of Candida albicans to 5-flucytosine,Amphotericin B and Fluconazole,Voriconazole reached over 94.1%,but the sensitivity rate to itraconazole was only 46.1%,Candida glabrata and Candida krusei resistant to Itraconazole rate was 100%.The resistances of Nearly smooth Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis to Fluconazole were respectively 68.2%and 33.3%.Conclusion:Fungal culture and drug sensitivity test are important for rational use of antifungal drugs,and they can guide the clinical significant.
