目的：探讨鼻内镜下治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的效果。方法：选取2012年5月-2013年2月笔者所在医院收治的45例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者，根据实施治疗措施的不同分为对照组20例和观察组25例。对照组给予传统治疗，观察组给予鼻内镜治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效和术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率100%，明显高于对照组的70.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出血、疼痛、感染等并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：鼻内镜下治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎临床疗效明显，预后良好，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토비내경하치료비침습성진균성비두염적효과。방법：선취2012년5월-2013년2월필자소재의원수치적45례비침습성진균성비두염환자，근거실시치료조시적불동분위대조조20례화관찰조25례。대조조급여전통치료，관찰조급여비내경치료，관찰량조환자림상료효화술후병발증발생정황。결과：관찰조림상치료총유효솔100%，명현고우대조조적70.0%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조술후출혈、동통、감염등병발증발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：비내경하치료비침습성진균성비두염림상료효명현，예후량호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Method:45 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis patientsselected from May 2012 to February 2013 in author’s hospital were selected,according to the different treatmentmeasures the patients were divided into the control group of 20 cases and the observation group of 25 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given endoscopic treatment,observation of two groups of patients with clinicaleffect and postoperative complications.Result:The observation group total effective rate 100%was significantly higher than the control group 70.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group postoperative bleeding, pain,infection and other complications rate were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment of the clinical efficacy of noninvasive fungal sinusitis significantly and eusemia,which was to be used.
