目的:探讨壳聚糖-磷酸三钙复合材料(CTCP)支架在修复骨缺损中的作用。方法:手术制造双侧兔颌骨缺损,右侧植入支架为实验侧,左侧空白为对照。术后6周取材,通过大体、X线和组织学观察来研究骨修复情况。结果:实验侧成骨程度更高。结论:壳聚糖-磷酸三钙复合材料支架具有促进骨修复的作用。
目的:探討殼聚糖-燐痠三鈣複閤材料(CTCP)支架在脩複骨缺損中的作用。方法:手術製造雙側兔頜骨缺損,右側植入支架為實驗側,左側空白為對照。術後6週取材,通過大體、X線和組織學觀察來研究骨脩複情況。結果:實驗側成骨程度更高。結論:殼聚糖-燐痠三鈣複閤材料支架具有促進骨脩複的作用。
목적:탐토각취당-린산삼개복합재료(CTCP)지가재수복골결손중적작용。방법:수술제조쌍측토합골결손,우측식입지가위실험측,좌측공백위대조。술후6주취재,통과대체、X선화조직학관찰래연구골수복정황。결과:실험측성골정도경고。결론:각취당-린산삼개복합재료지가구유촉진골수복적작용。
Objective:To determine whether the chitosan/tricalcium phosphate(CTCP) scaffold can repair mandibular defect of rabbits. Method:CTCP scaffolds were implanted into one side artificial defect of rabbit mandibular,the other side defect was left unrepaired. Six weeks later,the new bone regeneration in the defects was investigated by macroscopic observation,X-ray and histologic examination. Result:The experimental sides present better reconstruction. Conclusion:CTCP scaffold can serve bone regeneration in mandibular defects.
