[目的]探讨临床护理工作中正确使用安全型留置针及并发症的原因及对策。[方法]选择使用威高防刺伤安全型留置针病人258例，观察使用过程中防止针刺伤的效果以及常见的并发症，进行原因分析并采取预防措施。[结果]258例安全型留置针无一例发生针刺伤，针对发生的静脉炎、穿刺针堵塞、液体渗漏等并发症，经采取相应措施后均取得了良好效果。[结论]使用安全型留置针过程中采取适当的方法可提高穿刺的成功率，采取积极正确的预防措施，可以减少并发症的发生，同时可最大限度地提高护士工作效率，保护护士的职业安全。
[목적]탐토림상호리공작중정학사용안전형류치침급병발증적원인급대책。[방법]선택사용위고방자상안전형류치침병인258례，관찰사용과정중방지침자상적효과이급상견적병발증，진행원인분석병채취예방조시。[결과]258례안전형류치침무일례발생침자상，침대발생적정맥염、천자침도새、액체삼루등병발증，경채취상응조시후균취득료량호효과。[결론]사용안전형류치침과정중채취괄당적방법가제고천자적성공솔，채취적겁정학적예방조시，가이감소병발증적발생，동시가최대한도지제고호사공작효솔，보호호사적직업안전。
Obj ective:To probe into the proper use of safe catheter in clini-cal nursing work and the reasons of complications and its countermeas-ures.Methods:A total of 258 cases of patients who used the Weigao anti stab safe intravenous catheter were selected,and then to observe the effect of preventing needle stick inj uries and common complications during the use of safe catheter,and to carry out the causative analysis and take preven-tive measures.Results:In 258 cases who used safe catheter,no needlestick inj uries occurred.Aiming at phlebitis,puncture needle clogging,leakage of liquid and other complications,we achieved good results after taking corre-sponding measures.Conclusion:During using safe catheter,to take the ap-propriate method can improve the success rate of puncture,and to take ac-tive and right preventions can reduce the incidence of complications.At the same time,Nursing efficiency could be maximized and protect the nurses.
