目的：观察中西医结合治疗梅尼埃病的临床效果。方法将泰和县中医院180例梅尼埃病随机均分为观察组和对照组（n=90）。观察组采用中西医结合配合耳针治疗，对照组采用西药盐酸倍他司汀氯化钠注射液合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗，并统计2组疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为96.0%，对照组的总有效率为77.5%，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗梅尼埃病有较好的疗效。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료매니애병적림상효과。방법장태화현중의원180례매니애병수궤균분위관찰조화대조조（n=90）。관찰조채용중서의결합배합이침치료，대조조채용서약염산배타사정록화납주사액합염산불계리진치료，병통계2조료효。결과관찰조적총유효솔위96.0%，대조조적총유효솔위77.5%，2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론중서의결합치료매니애병유교호적료효。
Objective To observe clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Meniere's disease.
