目的：探讨黄体酮注射液及地屈孕酮对具有先兆流产患者的临床研究。方法选取广东省梅州市妇幼保健院2010年1月～2013年12月收治的100例先兆流产患者，所有患者在孕初期都出现过先兆流产症状。将100例先兆流产患者随机均分为对照组与实验组（n=50）。对照组注射黄体酮，实验组在对照组基础上再服用地屈孕酮，观察2组临床效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.00%明显高于对照组80.00%、症状消失时间（6.05±0.54）d明显短于对照组（9.72±0.37）d、不良反应0例明显少于对照组12例，数据比较均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论选择地屈孕酮联合黄体酮可有效治疗先兆流产症状，降低不良反应发生。
목적：탐토황체동주사액급지굴잉동대구유선조유산환자적림상연구。방법선취광동성매주시부유보건원2010년1월～2013년12월수치적100례선조유산환자，소유환자재잉초기도출현과선조유산증상。장100례선조유산환자수궤균분위대조조여실험조（n=50）。대조조주사황체동，실험조재대조조기출상재복용지굴잉동，관찰2조림상효과。결과실험조치료총유효솔위96.00%명현고우대조조80.00%、증상소실시간（6.05±0.54）d명현단우대조조（9.72±0.37）d、불량반응0례명현소우대조조12례，수거비교균유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론선택지굴잉동연합황체동가유효치료선조유산증상，강저불량반응발생。
Objective To study investigates the injection and dydrogestrone clinical patients with threatened miscarriage progesterone. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher than 96.00%and 80.00%, the symptoms disappeared time (6.05±0.54) d was significantly shorter than the control group (9.72±0.37) d, 0 cases of adverse reactions was significantly less than the control group of 12 cases, data were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The combined dydrogestrone progesterone is effective in treating symptoms of threatened abortion, reduce adverse reactions occur.
