Weikangling%Omeprazole%Chronic superficial gastritis
目的：观察胃康灵治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2011年2月～2013年5月深圳市宝安区第二人民医院收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者90例，随机法均分为2组(n=45)。A组单纯应用奥美拉唑，B组应用奥美拉唑联合胃康灵，4周后观察2组的疗效。结果 A组显效24例，有效16例，总有效率88.89%，B组显效20例，有效14例，总有效率77.78%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论奥美拉唑联合胃康灵治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效优于单存应用奥美拉唑。

목적：관찰위강령치료만성천표성위염적료효。방법선취2011년2월～2013년5월심수시보안구제이인민의원수치적만성천표성위염환자90례，수궤법균분위2조(n=45)。A조단순응용오미랍서，B조응용오미랍서연합위강령，4주후관찰2조적료효。결과 A조현효24례，유효16례，총유효솔88.89%，B조현효20례，유효14례，총유효솔77.78%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론오미랍서연합위강령치료만성천표성위염료효우우단존응용오미랍서。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Weikang Ling in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods 90 cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients from 2011 February to 2013 May in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, namely A group and B group, 45 cases in each group, A group were treated with omeprazole, B group used omeprazole combined with Weikangling, observed the effect of the two groups after 4 weeks. Results In A group, 24 cases markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, the total effective rate was 88.89%, 20 cases of B group, 14 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 77.78%, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of omeprazole combined with stomach Kang Ling in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis is better than the single application of omeprazole.
