目的：对比支气管哮喘患者应用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂和丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂吸入治疗的临床效果。方法选自本院2011年至2013年收治支气管哮喘患者100例，以随机数字表方式将其分为 a 组与 B 组，每组各有患者50例。a 组患者使用沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂治疗，B 组患者应用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂吸入治疗。对照2组患者临床治疗效果。结果 a 组患者临床治疗有效率为94.0%，相对于 B 组患者临床疗效76.0%，对照存在统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论支气管哮喘患者应用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗可收到满意临床治疗效果，对患者肺功能改善程度更具优越性，值得临床推广。
목적：대비지기관효천환자응용사미특라체잡송분흡입제화병산배록미송기무제흡입치료적림상효과。방법선자본원2011년지2013년수치지기관효천환자100례，이수궤수자표방식장기분위 a 조여 B 조，매조각유환자50례。a 조환자사용사미특라체잡송흡입제치료，B 조환자응용병산배록미송기무제흡입치료。대조2조환자림상치료효과。결과 a 조환자림상치료유효솔위94.0%，상대우 B 조환자림상료효76.0%，대조존재통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론지기관효천환자응용사미특라체잡송분흡입제치료가수도만의림상치료효과，대환자폐공능개선정도경구우월성，치득림상추엄。
Objective To compare the application of patients with bronchial asthma salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate and Beclometasone dipropionate aerosol inhalation treatment clinical effect. Methods in our hospital from 2011 ot 2013 years were selected from 100 patients with bronchial asthma, with the random number table method were divided into a group and B group, each group has 50 patients. Treatment with salmeterolfluticasone propionate inhalation in patients with A group, Bgroup of patients with Beclometasone dipropionate aerosolinhalation therapy. the control group 2 patients clinical treatment effect. Results the effective rate of group apatients was 94%, compared with the 76% B groups of patients with clinical efficacy, the control had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation therapy can get satisfactory clinical effect,improve the degree is more superiority on pulmonary function of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion.
