目的：探讨采用锁定钢板内固定前侧小切口入路治疗肱骨干复杂骨折的临床疗效，为临床上治疗复杂型肱骨骨折提供方法指导。方法将56例肱骨骨干骨折的患者随机分成观察组和对照组各28例，观察组采用锁定钢板内固定方法治疗，对照组采用普通钢板固定治疗方法。比较两组骨折愈合、愈合时间、手术中情况、关节功能恢复评分比较等。结果观察组手术时间（83±12）、住院天数（6±2）、6个月骨折愈合率分别92.86%均高于对照组的手术时间（78±8）、住院天数（5.5±1.5）、骨折愈合率分别85.71%，但是统计比较差异不具有统计学意义（P >0.05）；观察组分别为94±6分、88±12分，均高于对照组的90±8分、72±12分，两组统计学比较差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；，两组并发症率观察组为7.14%，对照组为14.29%，两组并发症率比较差异不具有统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论采用锁定钢板内固定前侧小切口入路治疗肱骨干复杂骨折具有和普通钢板固定治疗方法同样的效果，同时有利于术后肩关节和肘关节的功能恢复。
목적：탐토채용쇄정강판내고정전측소절구입로치료굉골간복잡골절적림상료효，위림상상치료복잡형굉골골절제공방법지도。방법장56례굉골골간골절적환자수궤분성관찰조화대조조각28례，관찰조채용쇄정강판내고정방법치료，대조조채용보통강판고정치료방법。비교량조골절유합、유합시간、수술중정황、관절공능회복평분비교등。결과관찰조수술시간（83±12）、주원천수（6±2）、6개월골절유합솔분별92.86%균고우대조조적수술시간（78±8）、주원천수（5.5±1.5）、골절유합솔분별85.71%，단시통계비교차이불구유통계학의의（P >0.05）；관찰조분별위94±6분、88±12분，균고우대조조적90±8분、72±12분，량조통계학비교차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05）；，량조병발증솔관찰조위7.14%，대조조위14.29%，량조병발증솔비교차이불구유통계학의의（P >0.05）。결론채용쇄정강판내고정전측소절구입로치료굉골간복잡골절구유화보통강판고정치료방법동양적효과，동시유리우술후견관절화주관절적공능회복。
Objective to study the clinical curative effect of locking compression plate internal fixation for complex fractures of anterior incision into collaterals in treatment of humeral shaft, for the clinical treatment of complicatedfracture of humerus provides method guidance.Methods 56 cases of humeral shaft fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group, the observation group treated with locking plate internal fixation for treatment, control group with the treatment of intramedullary nail. comparison of two groups of fracture healing, healing time, operation conditions, the recovery of joint function score comparison etc.Results The observation group operation time (83 ± 12), (6 ± 2) days of hospitalization, 6 months of operation time of fracture healing rates were 92.86% were higher than those of the control group (78 ± 8), (5.5 ± 1.5) days of hospitalization, the healing rate of fracture were 85.71%, but the statistical difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); observation group were 94 ± 6, 88 ± 12, were higher than the control group 90 ± 8, 72 ± 12, two group was statistically significant difference (P <0.05); the twogroup, the complication rate was 7.14% in the observation group, the control group was 14.29%, complications rate differences between the two groups no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion the locking plate fixation anterolateral small incision collaterals in treatment of humeral shaft with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment for the same effect complex fractures, and to restore the shoulder andelbow function for postoperative.
