目的：总结开放复位内固定治疗 Pilon 骨折的临床经验及其疗效。方法对86例 Pilon 骨折采用切开复位内固定方法进行治疗。结果全组86例术后均获得随访，随访时间12～36mo，平均15mo；按 Mazur 踝关节评分标准，优43例(50.0%)，良29例(33.7%)，可10例(11.6%)，差4例(4.7%)，优良率83.7%。结论正确选择手术时期，根据骨折情况选择有效的内固定，是手术成功获得良好疗效的关键。

Objective Summarize the Pilon fractures treated by open reduction and internal fixation with clinical experience and its curative effect. Methods 86 cases of Pilon fractures with open reduction and internal fixation method for treatment. Results the whole set of all 86 cases of postoperative follow-up, follow-up time 12-36 mo, an average of 15 mo; By said Mazur ankle rating standards, 43 cases (50.0%), benign and 29 cases (33.7%), 10 cases (11.6%), 4 cases (4.7%), was 83.7%. Conclusion The correct selection of surgery time, according to select effective internal fixation of fractures, are the key to successfully obtain good curative effect.
