新生儿的病情变化迅速，常常需要进行反复多次的采血检测为临床诊断、抢救、用药提供重要的依据，以了解病情的变化，调整治疗的策略。而采血所带来的一系列问题也引起了国内外研究者的关注。本文就如何选择合理采血方法、新生儿疼痛评估工具、降低穿刺给新生儿所带来的疼痛、此方向研究的展望进行了探讨。

Neonatal illness change rapidly and often requires repeated blood test for clinical diagnosis,rescue and medication to provide important basis, in order to understand the change of the condition, and adjust the strategy of treatment.And in pursuance of the corresponding a series of problems has caused the attention of the researchers at home and abroad.In this paper,we will disscuss how to choose reasonable blood collection methods and tools for evaluation neonatal pain, reduce the puncture to the pain of newborn babies, the direction of the research prospects.
