腹部闭合性损伤是临床常见创伤，由于病情复杂，病情转变快，明确诊断所需流程多，早期诊断困难，如临床判断或处理不当可能引起严重后果。2005年1月-2013年1月收治腹部闭合性损伤患者117例，总结临床诊治情况，结合文献提出腹部闭合性损伤的“动态相”和“时效性”，强调对不典型病例的临床动态观察和重复使用特殊检查的“动态相”和明确为腹内脏器损伤，必须及时急诊进行手术探查的“时效性”，总结了腹部脏器各种闭合损伤的手术原则。
腹部閉閤性損傷是臨床常見創傷，由于病情複雜，病情轉變快，明確診斷所需流程多，早期診斷睏難，如臨床判斷或處理不噹可能引起嚴重後果。2005年1月-2013年1月收治腹部閉閤性損傷患者117例，總結臨床診治情況，結閤文獻提齣腹部閉閤性損傷的“動態相”和“時效性”，彊調對不典型病例的臨床動態觀察和重複使用特殊檢查的“動態相”和明確為腹內髒器損傷，必鬚及時急診進行手術探查的“時效性”，總結瞭腹部髒器各種閉閤損傷的手術原則。
복부폐합성손상시림상상견창상，유우병정복잡，병정전변쾌，명학진단소수류정다，조기진단곤난，여림상판단혹처리불당가능인기엄중후과。2005년1월-2013년1월수치복부폐합성손상환자117례，총결림상진치정황，결합문헌제출복부폐합성손상적“동태상”화“시효성”，강조대불전형병례적림상동태관찰화중복사용특수검사적“동태상”화명학위복내장기손상，필수급시급진진행수술탐사적“시효성”，총결료복부장기각충폐합손상적수술원칙。
The abdominal closed injury is a common trauma symptoms.Due to the complex condition,the condition change fast, and clear diagnosis required flow,so it is difficult for early diagnosis[1].If the clinical judgment or improper treatment may cause serious consequences.117 cases with blunt abdominal injury were selected from January 2005 to January 2013,and summarized the situation of their clinical diagnosis and treatment.Combined the literature of closed abdominal injury "dynamic" and"timeliness",we emphasized the clinical dynamic observation of atypical cases and the "dynamic phase" of the repeated examinations and if expressly for the injury of abdominal organs,the "timeliness" of explorated emergency operation.We summarised the operation principle of closed injury of abdominal organs.
