目的：观察膀胱结石应用膀胱镜联合钬激光碎石的临床效果。方法：2011年12月-2013年12月收治膀胱结石患者94例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组47例，给予对照组常规开腹术治疗，给予研究组应用膀胱镜联合钬激光碎石治疗，记录并分析两组相关情况。结果：研究组患者术中碎石时间明显短于对照组，出血量较对照组更少，术后导尿管留置时间也少于对照组；疼痛、焦虑两项评分值都显著低于对照组，运动功能分值高于对照组，住院时间较对照组更少，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：膀胱结石应用膀胱镜联合钬激光碎石的临床效果更显著。
목적：관찰방광결석응용방광경연합화격광쇄석적림상효과。방법：2011년12월-2013년12월수치방광결석환자94례，수궤분위대조조화연구조，매조47례，급여대조조상규개복술치료，급여연구조응용방광경연합화격광쇄석치료，기록병분석량조상관정황。결과：연구조환자술중쇄석시간명현단우대조조，출혈량교대조조경소，술후도뇨관류치시간야소우대조조；동통、초필량항평분치도현저저우대조조，운동공능분치고우대조조，주원시간교대조조경소，비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：방광결석응용방광경연합화격광쇄석적림상효과경현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bladder stones using cystoscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods:94 cases with bladder stones were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 47 cases in each,The control group were treated with conventional open surgery treatment, The study group were treated with cystoscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy.We recorded and analyzed the relevant situation of the two groups.Results:In the study group,intraoperative crushed stone time was shorter than the control group.The amount of bleeding was obviously less than that in the control group.Postoperative indwelling catheter time was less than the control group.Pain and anxiety scores were significantly lower than those of the control group.Motor function scores was higher than the control group.The hospitalization time was less than the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of bladder stones using cystoscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy is significant.
