目的：探讨硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的效果。方法：2011-2012年收治急性胃炎患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组单纯使用法莫替丁，观察组在使用法莫替丁治疗基础上加用硫糖铝，对两组患者疗效进行对比分析。结果：经过1个疗程治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率96%，对照组治疗总有效率66%，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：硫糖铝联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎具有良好效果。

목적：탐토류당려연합법막체정치료급성위염적효과。방법：2011-2012년수치급성위염환자100례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례，대조조단순사용법막체정，관찰조재사용법막체정치료기출상가용류당려，대량조환자료효진행대비분석。결과：경과1개료정치료후，관찰조치료총유효솔96%，대조조치료총유효솔66%，조간비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：류당려연합법막체정치료급성위염구유량호효과。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis. Methods:100 cases with acute gastritis were selected from 2011 to 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with famotidine,while the observation group were treated with famotidine combined with sucralfate.We analyzed and compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After 1 course of treatment,in the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment was 96%.In the control group,the total efficiency of treatment was 66%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of sucralfate combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis is significant.
