目的：研究分析经尿道选择性电切相比传统电切术治疗高危前列腺增生的临床效果。方法：2013年4月-2014年4月收治高危前列腺增生患者92例，按照随机性分成观察组与对照组，观察组48例接受经尿道选择性电切治疗，对照组44例接受传统电切治疗。结果：观察组手术时间、切除组织重量、术后残余尿量均明显低于对照组；并且并发症的发生率35.42%(17/48)明显低于对照组的65.19%(29/44)，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：应用经尿道选择性电切法治疗高危前列腺患者具有安全、满意的疗效，并且手术时间很短，手术所造成的创伤也很小，术后患者发生尿失禁的几率较低，临床实用，推广价值较高。

목적：연구분석경뇨도선택성전절상비전통전절술치료고위전렬선증생적림상효과。방법：2013년4월-2014년4월수치고위전렬선증생환자92례，안조수궤성분성관찰조여대조조，관찰조48례접수경뇨도선택성전절치료，대조조44례접수전통전절치료。결과：관찰조수술시간、절제조직중량、술후잔여뇨량균명현저우대조조；병차병발증적발생솔35.42%(17/48)명현저우대조조적65.19%(29/44)，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：응용경뇨도선택성전절법치료고위전렬선환자구유안전、만의적료효，병차수술시간흔단，수술소조성적창상야흔소，술후환자발생뇨실금적궤솔교저，림상실용，추엄개치교고。
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of transurethral selective electricity cut and traditional electricity cut in the treatment of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:92 cases with high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.48 cases in the observation group received transurethral selective electricity cut treatment.44 cases in the control group received traditional electricity cut treatment.Results:The operation time,the weight of resected tissue,postoperative residual urine volume of the obser-vation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The incidence rate of complication of the observation group was 35.42%(17/48),which was significantly lower than 65.19%(29/44) of the control group.The differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The transurethral selective electricity cut in the treatment of patients with high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia has safety and satisfactory curative effect.The operation time is very short.The trauma caused by operation is small. The probability of uroclepsia in the postoperative patient is low.It has high clinical practical value and high popularization value.
