目的：探讨薄芝糖肽、阿米替林联合美托洛尔治疗心血管神经症的疗效。方法：2011年1月-2012年1月收治心血管神经症患者120例，随机分成两组，均行常规24小时动态心态心电图(Holter)监测；对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，同时给予薄芝糖肽、阿米替林联合美托洛尔治疗，观察两组治疗2周Holter的变化情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，且该组Holter改善情况明显优于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：临床上对心血管神经症患者采取薄芝糖肽+阿米替林+美托洛尔三联法进行治疗，临床疗效显著，有利于患者临床症状的改善，有助于促进患者预后和生活质量的提升，有临床推广价值。

목적：탐토박지당태、아미체림연합미탁락이치료심혈관신경증적료효。방법：2011년1월-2012년1월수치심혈관신경증환자120례，수궤분성량조，균행상규24소시동태심태심전도(Holter)감측；대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재대조조치료적기출상，동시급여박지당태、아미체림연합미탁락이치료，관찰량조치료2주Holter적변화정황。결과：관찰조치료유효솔명현고우대조조，차해조Holter개선정황명현우우대조조，불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，량조대비차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：림상상대심혈관신경증환자채취박지당태+아미체림+미탁락이삼련법진행치료，림상료효현저，유리우환자림상증상적개선，유조우촉진환자예후화생활질량적제승，유림상추엄개치。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Bo Zhi glycopeptide,amitriptyline combined with metoprolol in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.Methods:120 cases with cardiovascular neurosis were selected from January 2011 to January 2012. They were randomly divided into two groups.All of them were routine monitored by 24 hour dynamic mentality electrocardiogram(Holter).The control group were given conventional treatment.The observation group were given the Bozhi glycopeptide,amitriptyline combined with metoprolol treatment based on the control group treatment.We observed the changes of dynamic electrocardiogram attitude of the two groups after 2 weeks treatment.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the Holter improved of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The differences of the two groups between the index contrast were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Bo Zhi glycopeptide+amitriptyline+metoprolol in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis is significant.It is beneficial to the patient's clinical symptoms improved,which will contribute to improve the prognosis and quality of life improvement.It has clinical value.
