药房是医院面向患者服务的窗口，药品差错问题严重影响医院的管理及临床的治疗。本文依据笔者工作经验，对药品差错的类型进行归纳分析，并提出相应的解决办法。通过有效措施的实施，药品差错问题得到有效控制，促使了用药的合理性及社会经济效益的提高。药品差错的控制是医院工作的重大任务之一，必须根据具体情况采取相对应的可操作性措施，从而杜绝药房药品差错现象的发生。

The pharmacy is the window of the hospital service for patients.The serious problems of drug errors affect the management of the hospital and clinical treatment.In this paper,drug error types were inductively analyzed according to working experience.The corresponding solutions were putted forward. Through the implementation of effective measures,drug error problem has been effectively controlled,and the rationality of drug use and social economic benefits were improved.The drug error control is one of the important tasks of hospital work.We must be based on the specific circumstances to take corresponding operational measures,and put an end to pharmacy drug error phenomenon.
