鉴于我国政府式医院绩效考评体系的评价反馈效果一直不是很理想，论文在已有医院声誉管理研究的基础上，立足于江苏地区的实证调研，初步构建了公立医院声誉评价指标体系，提出医院技术水平、公益性等七个一级指标、医务人员对患者的健康教育情况等29个二级指标。
鑒于我國政府式醫院績效攷評體繫的評價反饋效果一直不是很理想，論文在已有醫院聲譽管理研究的基礎上，立足于江囌地區的實證調研，初步構建瞭公立醫院聲譽評價指標體繫，提齣醫院技術水平、公益性等七箇一級指標、醫務人員對患者的健康教育情況等29箇二級指標。

Considering the performance evaluation of Chinese government hospital appraisal system feedback effect is not very ideal, based on the research of reputation management for hospital and empirical research of Jiangsu area, this paper initially constructs the evaluation index system of reputation of public hospital, puts forward hospital technique level, public welfare and other 7 primary indicators, medical staff of the health education for patients and other 29 secondary indicators.
