提出了一种利用动态场致射流作为工具电极进行微细放电加工的方法。该方法是利用工件和喷嘴之间的电势差形成高压电场,使喷嘴出口的带电液滴同时受到表面张力和电场力的作用,带电液滴形成泰勒锥。在强电场力作用下,泰勒锥顶端产生一束极微细的电解液射流。当场致射流喷射到工件表面附近时,高压电场击穿射流尖端与工件间的气体介质,产生放电现象,工件表面放电点局部材料因放电所产生的热量而熔融、气化,从而产生材料蚀除。
提齣瞭一種利用動態場緻射流作為工具電極進行微細放電加工的方法。該方法是利用工件和噴嘴之間的電勢差形成高壓電場,使噴嘴齣口的帶電液滴同時受到錶麵張力和電場力的作用,帶電液滴形成泰勒錐。在彊電場力作用下,泰勒錐頂耑產生一束極微細的電解液射流。噹場緻射流噴射到工件錶麵附近時,高壓電場擊穿射流尖耑與工件間的氣體介質,產生放電現象,工件錶麵放電點跼部材料因放電所產生的熱量而鎔融、氣化,從而產生材料蝕除。

The dynamic field jet is proposed as a tool electrode of the micro electric discharge machining. The high electric field is formed through the potential between the workpiece and the nozzle,and the charged droplets in nozzle are balanced by the surface tension force and the electric force,and then the Taylor cone is formed. When the electric field intensity is large enough,Taylor cone tip generates a bunch of very fine electrolyte jet ,and when the jet injection is near the workpiece surface,the high electric field break down the gas medium,resulting in a discharge phenomenon. The material erosion on the local surface of the material is removed through melting, vaporization by the heat of the electrical discharge.
