目的：探讨根据对整形门诊患者的健康需求调查，来实施个性化护理干预的效果。方法：随机对2013年8月～12月来我院整形门诊就医的患者发放健康需求调查表，根据调查结果开展围术期护理。结果：有针对性进行护理干预，使患者正确认识手术的可行性及预期效果，提高了患者的满意度。结论：通过健康需求调查采取相应的护理措施，可有效稳定患者情绪，提高患者满意度，降低医患纠纷的发生。
目的：探討根據對整形門診患者的健康需求調查，來實施箇性化護理榦預的效果。方法：隨機對2013年8月～12月來我院整形門診就醫的患者髮放健康需求調查錶，根據調查結果開展圍術期護理。結果：有針對性進行護理榦預，使患者正確認識手術的可行性及預期效果，提高瞭患者的滿意度。結論：通過健康需求調查採取相應的護理措施，可有效穩定患者情緒，提高患者滿意度，降低醫患糾紛的髮生。
목적：탐토근거대정형문진환자적건강수구조사，래실시개성화호리간예적효과。방법：수궤대2013년8월～12월래아원정형문진취의적환자발방건강수구조사표，근거조사결과개전위술기호리。결과：유침대성진행호리간예，사환자정학인식수술적가행성급예기효과，제고료환자적만의도。결론：통과건강수구조사채취상응적호리조시，가유효은정환자정서，제고환자만의도，강저의환규분적발생。
Objective:To explore the healthy demand for patients in plastic clinic, and to implement effective nursing measures. Methods:Randomly allocating healthy demand survey of the patients in the hospital from August to December, 2013, and according to the survey results, organizing nursing in the whole operation period. Results:The pertinence of nursing interventions make patients correctly know the feasibility of operation and the expected effect. So patients’satisfaction degree was enhanced. Conclusion:Through the survey of health demand, appropriate care measures are taken to stabilize patients’ emotions, to improve patients’ satisfaction degree, and to reduce medical disputes.
