目的：探讨尖锐湿疣患者行二氧化碳激光联合乌体林斯肌注治疗的临床效果。方法：将60例尖锐湿疣患者分为对照组与观察组，每组30例，对照组行二氧化碳激光治疗，观察组在此基础上施加乌体林斯肌注治疗，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果：两组患者经治疗后，对照组的治疗总有效率以70.0%明显低于观察组的90.0%（P＜0.05）；两组均未见严重不良反应。结论：尖锐湿疣患者行二氧化碳激光联合乌体林斯肌注治疗的效果显著，值得推广。
목적：탐토첨예습우환자행이양화탄격광연합오체림사기주치료적림상효과。방법：장60례첨예습우환자분위대조조여관찰조，매조30례，대조조행이양화탄격광치료，관찰조재차기출상시가오체림사기주치료，대비량조환자적림상효과。결과：량조환자경치료후，대조조적치료총유효솔이70.0%명현저우관찰조적90.0%（P＜0.05）；량조균미견엄중불량반응。결론：첨예습우환자행이양화탄격광연합오체림사기주치료적효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical results of condyloma acuminata underwent carbon dioxide laser joint mycobacterium phlei intramuscular treatment. Methods:60 cases with condyloma acuminata were divided into the control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 laser, and the observation group was added with utilin. The clinical effect was compared. Results:After treatment, the total efficiency of the control group was 70.0%, which was significantly lower than 90.0% in the observation group (P<0.05); groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Treatment effect of patients with condyloma acuminata carbon dioxide laser combined with utilin is significant, so it is worth promotion.
