目的:研究下颌角整形手术中截骨线厚度的三维CT测量及其价值。方法:收集了2010年10月~2011年10月来我院进行下颌角整形手术的37例患者临床资料进行详细研究,通过三维重建技术测量截骨线与下颌升支后缘交点处,以及截骨线与下颌升支中部交点处,截骨线与第三磨牙后缘交点处,截骨线与第二三磨牙之间交点处,截骨线与第一二磨牙之间交点处,第一磨牙与2双尖牙交点处骨质厚度。结果:年龄、身高、体重等因素均与估值厚度直接相关性,第二三磨牙之间的骨质最厚,从第三磨牙后缘开始向后逐渐减少,升支前缘减到最小。结论:下颌角整形手术中,截骨线厚度的三维CT测量加大提高了手术的有效性与安全性,降低了并发症几率与手术风险。

목적:연구하합각정형수술중절골선후도적삼유CT측량급기개치。방법:수집료2010년10월~2011년10월래아원진행하합각정형수술적37례환자림상자료진행상세연구,통과삼유중건기술측량절골선여하합승지후연교점처,이급절골선여하합승지중부교점처,절골선여제삼마아후연교점처,절골선여제이삼마아지간교점처,절골선여제일이마아지간교점처,제일마아여2쌍첨아교점처골질후도。결과:년령、신고、체중등인소균여고치후도직접상관성,제이삼마아지간적골질최후,종제삼마아후연개시향후축점감소,승지전연감도최소。결론:하합각정형수술중,절골선후도적삼유CT측량가대제고료수술적유효성여안전성,강저료병발증궤솔여수술풍험。
Objective:To study the mandibular angle plastic surgery, three-dimensional CT measurement and value of the osteotomy line thickness. Methods:Conducting a detailed study on 37 patients with mandibular orthopedic from October, 2010 to October, 2011 in the hospital to measure the mandibular osteotomy line and the intersection of the ramus edge, ramus osteotomy line and the middle of the intersection, the intersection between the intersection between the line and the third molar osteotomy at the intersection of the trailing edge, the osteotomy line and the second and third molars, osteotomy line and the first two molars, the first a molar with two pairs of canine bone thickness at the intersection through three-dimensional reconstruction technique. Results:Age, height, weight and other factors are directly correlated with the thickness of valuation, bone between the second and third molars thickest from the trailing edge of the third molars start back gradually reduced to minimize the ascending branch of the leading edge. Conclusion:In the mandibular angle plastic surgery, the three-dimensional CT measurement osteotomy line thickness improves the effectiveness and safety of surgery to reduce the chance of complications and risk of surgery.
