目的：探讨先天性单侧唇裂红唇部的临床分型及其临床意义。方法：根据裂隙缘健、患两侧红唇部自隙缘唇弓定点为唇峰点至干、湿红唇粘膜分界线的距离分别为健、患两侧的红唇高度，然后按其高度的差值进行分型。结果：先天性单侧唇裂红唇部的临床分型可分四型。A型：隙缘健侧唇红的高度与隙缘患侧唇红的高度等高，为等厚型。B型：隙缘健侧唇红的高度大于隙缘患侧唇红的高度，为健厚型。C型：隙缘健侧唇红的高度小于隙缘健侧唇红的高度，为患厚型。D型：隙缘健、患两侧唇红的高度不规则或过厚局部成球状等其它情况，不规则型。结论：本文唇红部的临床分型具有标志明显，分型明确，易于掌握，应用方便；特别是对红唇部修复提供可行性的参考依据，对唇裂整体修复的术前设计、术后效果提供较准确的、可比性的评估，完善唇裂修复的配套治疗。

Objective:To discuss the clinical classification and its clinical significance of congenital unilateral cleft lips. Conclusion:In this paper, vermilion clinical classification has clear signs, which is easy to be grasped and applied conveniently; especially it can provide feasible reference for unilateral cleft lips, and provide the basis for the repair of cleft lip overall design of the preoperative and postoperative results, provide a more accurate assessment of the comparability, and improve the matching of the treatment of cleft lip repair.
