目的:分析不同的唇裂修复手术对上颌骨的生长发育影响,为后期临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2008年1月至2011年1月期间门诊收入的30例完全性单侧唇裂患者分为研究组与对照组各15例,另选取本市高中体检面部均正常无损的健康者15例作为正常对照组。研究组行旋转推进法(Millard法)进行修复,对照组行下三角瓣法(Tennison法)进行修复。结果:Millard法与Tennison法两种唇裂修复方式均对患者上颌骨术后的生长发育有一定程度的影响,研究中Tennison法对患者上颌骨的术后生长影响更为显著。结论:旋转推进法与下三角瓣法对唇裂患者术后上颌骨的生长发育各有不同程度的影响,临床治疗需掌握手术适应症。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different tennison on the growth and development of upper jaw bone, to provide the reference for the late clinical treatment. Methods:Selecting 30 patients in the hospital from January, 2008 to January, 2011 with complete unilateral cleft lip, and dividing them into the study group and control group, with 15 cases in each group.And another 15 healthy subjects with normal nondestructive face in the high school health examination were served as the normal control group. Study group used rotating propulsion method (Millard method), and the control group used the triangular flap method (Tennison method). Results:Millard method and Tennison method all have certain influence on the development of postoperative patients with maxillary growth. Tennison study on patients with maxillary postoperative growth effect is more outstanding. Conclusion:Rotating propulsion method and triangular flap method both have different effect on the growth and development of upper jaw bone, and clinical treatment needs to master the operation indications.
