目的：探讨用自体鼻中隔软骨做支撑植入体对短鼻畸形患者行短鼻延长成形术的效果。方法：选择先天短鼻进行短鼻延长成形术的患者53例，观察组27例采用自身鼻中隔的软骨延长做支撑植入体，对照组26例用硅胶假体做支撑体，比较两组疗效。结果：两组鼻延长程度差异无统计学意义；观察组手术时间长，不良反应率低，患者满意度高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：利用自体鼻中隔软骨做支撑植入体对短鼻行鼻部延长成形术，排异反应少，患者满意度高，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토용자체비중격연골주지탱식입체대단비기형환자행단비연장성형술적효과。방법：선택선천단비진행단비연장성형술적환자53례，관찰조27례채용자신비중격적연골연장주지탱식입체，대조조26례용규효가체주지탱체，비교량조료효。결과：량조비연장정도차이무통계학의의；관찰조수술시간장，불량반응솔저，환자만의도고，여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의。결론：이용자체비중격연골주지탱식입체대단비행비부연장성형술，배이반응소，환자만의도고，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of autologous septum cartilage support implant on short nasal deformity. Methods:Selecting congenital short snout short nose extension of 53 patients with angioplasty. The observation group had nasal septal cartilage extend support implants, and the control group had silicone prosthesis do support body implant operation. The efficacy of two groups was compared. Results:The two groups had no significant difference in the degree of extension; the time of observation group operation time was long, with the low rate of adverse reactions and high patient satisfaction, compared with the control group. There was statistically significant difference. Conclusion:Implant on short nose for nasal extended angioplasty through autogenous septal cartilage has less rejection reaction and high patient satisfaction. So it is worthy of clinical application.
