目的：探讨五点微创在重建手术中的应用。方法：在显微放大镜下行上睑设计5个微切口，去除切口下方组织重睑板前筋膜，可吸收线皮内和睑板前筋膜缝合1针后生物胶粘合皮肤形成重睑。结果：46例患者在显微放大镜下进行五点微创重睑成形术，术后切口均无明显瘢痕，患者满意。结论：操作较简单，创伤小，恢复快，效果持久，形态更自然，更流畅，几乎无瘢痕。

목적：탐토오점미창재중건수술중적응용。방법：재현미방대경하행상검설계5개미절구，거제절구하방조직중검판전근막，가흡수선피내화검판전근막봉합1침후생물효점합피부형성중검。결과：46례환자재현미방대경하진행오점미창중검성형술，술후절구균무명현반흔，환자만의。결론：조작교간단，창상소，회복쾌，효과지구，형태경자연，경류창，궤호무반흔。
Objective:To explore the application of five points in minimally invasive eyelid plasty. Method:In the upper eyelid five micro-incision under microscopic magnifying, the lower front fascia board eyelid tissue incision was removed, the skin can be absorbed within the lines and front fascia suture needle tarsal biological glue after the formation of double eyelid skin. Results:Five-point double eyelid surgery was done on 46 patients in the minimally invasive microscopic magnifying, with no severe incision scar and good patient satisfaction. Conclusion:The operation is relatively simple, has less wound, and is under faster recovery. It is long lasting, more natural shape, smoother, and almost no scar.
