目的：对我院显微外科50例开放性伤口经彻底清创，修复深部组织后，应用可吸收胶原蛋白线对创口皮肤进行间断缝合疗效的观察。方法：对河南科技大学第一附属医院显微外科2013年7月至12月期间使用胶原蛋白线的50例患者进行临床观察。观测术后伤口的愈合和对胶原蛋白线有无组织排异反应以及术后疤痕增生的程度，缝线有无自行脱落和自行脱落的时间。结果：术后伤口愈合良好，无感染、无裂开等并发症，所有患者均为甲级愈合。术后12～15d多数缝线可自行脱落，部分患者15d后用生理盐水冲洗或碘伏棉球擦拭消毒后脱落，减少了拆线所带来的恐惧和痛苦。结论：使用可吸收胶原蛋白线缝合伤口，术后愈合良好，瘢痕小，无针眼和缝线压迹，免去拆线的痛苦，值得推广应用。
목적：대아원현미외과50례개방성상구경철저청창，수복심부조직후，응용가흡수효원단백선대창구피부진행간단봉합료효적관찰。방법：대하남과기대학제일부속의원현미외과2013년7월지12월기간사용효원단백선적50례환자진행림상관찰。관측술후상구적유합화대효원단백선유무조직배이반응이급술후파흔증생적정도，봉선유무자행탈락화자행탈락적시간。결과：술후상구유합량호，무감염、무렬개등병발증，소유환자균위갑급유합。술후12～15d다수봉선가자행탈락，부분환자15d후용생리염수충세혹전복면구찰식소독후탈락，감소료탁선소대래적공구화통고。결론：사용가흡수효원단백선봉합상구，술후유합량호，반흔소，무침안화봉선압적，면거탁선적통고，치득추엄응용。
Objective:After 50 cases’ open wounds debridement and repairing of deep tissue, to observe the application of absorbable collagen wire suture effect on wound skin. Methods:Observing 50 cases used collagen line in The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from July to December, 2013. Observation of postoperative wound healing and collagen line had no tissue rejection and postoperative scar hyperplasia degree, and suture falling off and the falling off time. Results:After operation, the wound healed well with no infection, no cracking and other complications. All patients were healed. 12~15 days after operation, most suture can fall off. After 15 days, some patients had surture fall off with saline or iodine cotton ball wiping. In this way, the fear and pain stitches were reduced. Conclusion:The use of absorbable collagen suture, the wound heals well during postoperative time, with small scar, no needle and suture impression. It can release pain, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
