目的：观察煨脓生肌膏治疗臁疮的临床疗效对其生理机制进行探讨。方法：将70例患者随机分为2组，治疗组35例及对照组35例局部常规消毒后分别应用不同方法局部换药处理，2组均配合全身对症支持治疗，疗程均为8周。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.43%，对照组为68.57%，治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05），煨脓生肌膏治疗臁疮疗效显著。结论：从中医及现代医学方面探讨出煨脓生肌膏治疗臁疮生理机制。
목적：관찰외농생기고치료렴창적림상료효대기생리궤제진행탐토。방법：장70례환자수궤분위2조，치료조35례급대조조35례국부상규소독후분별응용불동방법국부환약처리，2조균배합전신대증지지치료，료정균위8주。결과：치료조총유효솔위91.43%，대조조위68.57%，치료조명현우우대조조（P<0.05），외농생기고치료렴창료효현저。결론：종중의급현대의학방면탐토출외농생기고치료렴창생리궤제。
Objective:To discuss the physiological mechanism of expelling pus Shengji ointment on ecthyma. Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 35 patients in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group. After common disinfection, different methods were used for local dressing, 2 groups were treated with systemic disease to support, and the treatment course was 8 weeks. Results:Total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.43%, and that in the control group was 68.57%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), Expelling pus Shengji ointment had significant effect on the treatment of Ecthyma. Conclusion:Through traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, physiological mechanism of expelling pus Shengji ointment in the treatment of ecthyma are explored.
