目的：探讨和分析铸造支架运用于口腔修复治疗的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析50例在本院牙科进行口腔修复治疗的患者临床资料，所有患者随机分成两组，钴铬合金组采用钴铬合金支架进行治疗，钛合金组采用钛合金支架进行治疗，通过术后随访，比较两组患者的临床效果、并发症以及满意程度等。结果：钴铬合金组出现1例并发症占总数的4.00%（1/25），钛合金组的4.00%（1/25）的并发症率相比差异不显著（P＞0.05），钴铬合金组患者满意率为96.00%（24/25）与钛合金组的90.38%（23/25）相比差异不显著（P＞0.05），差异不具有统计学意义。结论：铸造支架运用于口腔修复治疗中能显著改善口腔修复的临床效果，能获得较高的临床满意度，且钴铬合金与钛合金铸造支架在临床疗效及副作用方面差异不显著，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토화분석주조지가운용우구강수복치료적림상료효。방법：회고성분석50례재본원아과진행구강수복치료적환자림상자료，소유환자수궤분성량조，고락합금조채용고락합금지가진행치료，태합금조채용태합금지가진행치료，통과술후수방，비교량조환자적림상효과、병발증이급만의정도등。결과：고락합금조출현1례병발증점총수적4.00%（1/25），태합금조적4.00%（1/25）적병발증솔상비차이불현저（P＞0.05），고락합금조환자만의솔위96.00%（24/25）여태합금조적90.38%（23/25）상비차이불현저（P＞0.05），차이불구유통계학의의。결론：주조지가운용우구강수복치료중능현저개선구강수복적림상효과，능획득교고적림상만의도，차고락합금여태합금주조지가재림상료효급부작용방면차이불현저，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of oral repair casting stents. Methods:Analyzing the clinical data of 50 cases treated in the hospital for dental restorations. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. Cobalt chromium alloy group was treated with cobalt chromium alloy stents, and titanium alloy group was treated with titanium alloy stents. Through the follow-up interview, clinical results, complications, and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:Two groups each had 1 case of complication, and there was no significant difference. Cobalt chromium alloy group of patients satisfaction rate was 96.00%(24/25), and the satisfaction of titanium alloy group was 90.38%(23/25). There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:Casting bracket used in dental restorations can obtain higher satisfaction with clinical treatment, and cobalt chromium alloy and titanium alloy casting stents had no significant difference in the clinical curative effect and side effect. So it is worth clinical promotion.
