目的：探讨缝合与不缝合对下颌高位阻生智齿拔牙牙创的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院2011年12月至2013年12月收治的90例下颌高位阻生智齿拔牙患者的临床资料。其中试验组45例行创面缝合，对照组45例创面不予缝合。观察两组患者3d内干槽症发生状况、牙创一期愈合情况以及牙创愈合平均时间。结果：试验组于3d内一期愈合率优于对照组（P＜0.05），且牙创愈合平均时间短于对照组（P＜0.05），干槽症发生率少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：强化下颌高位阻生智齿拔牙患者牙创缝合，有助于保证结缔组织生长，促进牙创愈合。
目的：探討縫閤與不縫閤對下頜高位阻生智齒拔牙牙創的影響。方法：迴顧性分析我院2011年12月至2013年12月收治的90例下頜高位阻生智齒拔牙患者的臨床資料。其中試驗組45例行創麵縫閤，對照組45例創麵不予縫閤。觀察兩組患者3d內榦槽癥髮生狀況、牙創一期愈閤情況以及牙創愈閤平均時間。結果：試驗組于3d內一期愈閤率優于對照組（P＜0.05），且牙創愈閤平均時間短于對照組（P＜0.05），榦槽癥髮生率少于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論：彊化下頜高位阻生智齒拔牙患者牙創縫閤，有助于保證結締組織生長，促進牙創愈閤。
목적：탐토봉합여불봉합대하합고위조생지치발아아창적영향。방법：회고성분석아원2011년12월지2013년12월수치적90례하합고위조생지치발아환자적림상자료。기중시험조45례행창면봉합，대조조45례창면불여봉합。관찰량조환자3d내간조증발생상황、아창일기유합정황이급아창유합평균시간。결과：시험조우3d내일기유합솔우우대조조（P＜0.05），차아창유합평균시간단우대조조（P＜0.05），간조증발생솔소우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：강화하합고위조생지치발아환자아창봉합，유조우보증결체조직생장，촉진아창유합。
Objective:To investigate the suture or not high mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction wound. Methods:Retrospectively analyzing 98 cases with high mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction in the hospital from December, 2011 to December, 2012. 45 cases was treated with suturing in the experimental group, and 45 cases wasn’t treated with suturing in the control group. The alveolitis, the healing condition of tooth wound and the average healing time were compared in 3d. Results:Healing rate of the experimental group is better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the average healing time in the experimental group is shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of alveolitis is less than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Strengthening mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction in patients with high wound suture, helps to ensure the connective tissue growth, and promote periodontal wound healing.
