目的：探讨中医药辨证施治对面部色素沉着美容作用。方法：选取我院收治的面部色素沉着患者67例，按随机数字表法将其分成试验组34例，对照组33例，对照组患者口服维生素C片，试验组患者应用中医药辨证法施治，统计两组美容效果。结果：治疗3个月后，试验组色素程度评分、色素沉着面积、治疗总有效率分别为（1.32±1.68）分、（1.18±1.47） cm2、100%，以上观察指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中医药辨证施治法的美容效果显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토중의약변증시치대면부색소침착미용작용。방법：선취아원수치적면부색소침착환자67례，안수궤수자표법장기분성시험조34례，대조조33례，대조조환자구복유생소C편，시험조환자응용중의약변증법시치，통계량조미용효과。결과：치료3개월후，시험조색소정도평분、색소침착면적、치료총유효솔분별위（1.32±1.68）분、（1.18±1.47） cm2、100%，이상관찰지표균우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：중의약변증시치법적미용효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in facial pigmentation. Methods:Selecting 67 cases with facial pigmentation in the hospital were randomly divided into 34 cases in the experimental group, and 33 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with oral Vitamin C tablets, and experimental group was treated with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine method. Cosmetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results:After 3 months treatment, the experimental group pigment score, pigmentation area and the total efficiency of treatment were (1.32 ± 1.68)%, (1.18±1.47) C square meters and 100%. Indicators of the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Beauty effect of TCM syndrome differentiation method is significant, so it is worthy of promotion.
