水泥稳定类材料作为高等级公路的半刚性基层材料在我国得到了广泛的应用,在进行下一道施工工序之前,为避免水泥稳定材料早期损伤,必须要养生一段时间(通常为7 d)。现场采用土壤刚度仪进行强度试验,室内采用无侧限抗压强度试验对水泥稳定碎石混合料养生期间的强度增长情况进行综合评价,试验结果表明,水泥稳定碎石混合料强度在1~3 d养生期间强度增长最快,4~7 d强度增长速度明显放缓。可以得出结论:对于水泥稳定碎石混合料这种典型的半刚性基层材料,养生3~4d后,就可以考虑开放交通,进行下一步施工,从而节省工期,减少成本。

As a typical kind of high-class highway base course material , the cement stabilized material is widely used in China .The cement treated materials must be allowed to cure for a period of time before the next construction procedures .Field tests with the Soil Stiffness Gauge , and laboratory unconfined com-pressive strength tests were employed to assess the strength gain in the curing period .The test results showed that the cement stabilized macadam mixtures ’ strength increased in 1~3 days of curing time , the speed of gain in strength slowed down in the 4~7 days.It can be concluded that for this kind of typical semi-rigid base course material such as cement stabilized macadam mixtures , after 3~4 days of curing time, the cement treated layer can be considered to be opened to early trafficking for next construction procedures , and so the construction period can be shortened drastically , and the construction costs can be cut down greatly .
