建立了RP-HPLC法测定紫油厚朴药材中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量.采用依利特ODS2 C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶水=75∶25( V/V)为流动相,检测波长294 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃.结果得到厚朴酚的平均回收率为98.10%,RSD为0.42%,和厚朴酚的平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.86%.该方法重复性好、精密度高、线性关系良好,快速、准确;为紫油厚朴药材品质评价、品种选育及含量控制提供了科学依据.

The HPLC is used to determine the content of purple Magnolia officinalis medicinal herbs and Magnolol and honokiol,content.ODS2C18 (200 mm x 4.6 mm,5μm) chromatographic column is a dopt-ed,and methanol ∶water=75∶25(V/V) is taken as mobile phase.Detection wavelength of 294 nm,ve-locity:1.0 ml/min,column temperature 25℃.The results of Magnolol , the average recovery was 98.10%, RSD=0.42%.Honokiol the average recovery was 99.86%,RSD=0.86%.The method has good repeatabili-ty, high precision ,good linearity ,rapidity and high accuracy .and provides a scientific basis for Magnolia officinalis medicinal materials quality evaluation ,variety breeding and content control .
