以5-芳基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-硫醇与2-三氟甲基-4-氯噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶发生亲核取代反应,合成出四种结构新颖的含噻二唑环噻吩并[2,3-d]嘧啶类含氟衍生物,用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析方法进行了表征。
以5-芳基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-硫醇與2-三氟甲基-4-氯噻吩併[2,3-d]嘧啶髮生親覈取代反應,閤成齣四種結構新穎的含噻二唑環噻吩併[2,3-d]嘧啶類含氟衍生物,用紅外光譜、覈磁共振氫譜和元素分析方法進行瞭錶徵。

Four new fluorinated thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole were synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 4-chloro-2-trifluoromethylthieno [ 2,3-d] pyrimi-dine with 5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-thiols.The structure of these new compounds was confirmed by IR,1 H NMR and elemental analysis .
