为探讨近年来农户种地所面临的,由于社会发展而产生巨大变化的各项重要内外因素中哪些对农户种地积极性产生较大影响,该研究针对相关问题,对黑龙江省宾县所辖的3个乡、24个村、384个农户进行了问卷调查,采用李克特量表法、频率分析法,考察并分析了农户自身情况、社会经济情况两方面共十个因素对农户种地积极性的影响。研究发现对农户种地积极性影响最大的四个因素分别是作物产量、作物纯收益、新品种与新技术的推广以及农业补贴与引导政策。为了提高东北地区农户种地积极性、保障农业生产和促进农业发展,应当以提高作物产量和农户农业收入水平为核心,重视加强高产新品种和先进农业技术的推广、完善现行农业补贴制度,同时可积极探索农民专业合作社建设。

Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheinfluencingfactorsonthefarminginitiativeofhouseholds, and to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the enthusiasm of households and ensure food security. Methods em-ployed in this paper included Likert scale method and frequency analysis, the data was investigated from 384 households of 24 villages and 3 towns in Bin County of Heilongjiang province. The results indicated that the crop yields, crop net income, the promotion of new varieties and new technologies, and the agricultural subsidies and guidance policies had significant impacts on the farming initiative. It was concluded that in order to improve the households'farming initiative, to ensure food security and to promote agricultural development, attention should be paid to strengthen the extension of new varieties and new technologies, improve the system of agricultural subsi-dies, and increase crop yields and households' agricultural income.
