针对引信碰合开关存在焊线与开关内、外极断开,虚焊时无法检测问题,提出基于电容特性的引信碰合开关无损检测方法。该方法利用碰合开关具有的电容特性,通过检测碰合开关的电容值判断开关塑封总装后焊线是否与开关内、外极断开或虚焊。理论分析和实测结果表明:该方法有效解决了碰合开关出现焊线断开、虚焊时无法检测问题,提高了产品的质量,具有一定的工程指导意义。
針對引信踫閤開關存在銲線與開關內、外極斷開,虛銲時無法檢測問題,提齣基于電容特性的引信踫閤開關無損檢測方法。該方法利用踫閤開關具有的電容特性,通過檢測踫閤開關的電容值判斷開關塑封總裝後銲線是否與開關內、外極斷開或虛銲。理論分析和實測結果錶明:該方法有效解決瞭踫閤開關齣現銲線斷開、虛銲時無法檢測問題,提高瞭產品的質量,具有一定的工程指導意義。

In view of that it could not be detected that the fuze crush switch was welding line and crush switch inner and outer extremely disconnected or virtual welding.This paper presented a nondestructive testing method based on capacitance characteristics of fuze crush switch.The method used capacitance characteristics of the crush switch,through testing capacitance value of the crush switch to determine whether a switch after the en-capsulation assembly welding line and crush switch inner and outer extremely disconnected or virtual welding. Theoretical analysis and measured results showed that the method effectively solved the problem of welding line disconnected,virtual welding of crush switch,and improved the quality of the products.
