目的：探讨SPECT-CT全身显像检查患者排尿困难的解决方案。方法通过护士与患者的沟通与心理疏导，消除了患者紧张恐惧情绪，并指导病人腹部按摩以及听流水声等多种方法，缓解了排尿困难。结论解决患者排尿困难，减少了膀胱过度充盈显影对骨盆的遮挡，使SPECT-CT全身显像图像质量得到保障。
목적：탐토SPECT-CT전신현상검사환자배뇨곤난적해결방안。방법통과호사여환자적구통여심리소도，소제료환자긴장공구정서，병지도병인복부안마이급은류수성등다충방법，완해료배뇨곤난。결론해결환자배뇨곤난，감소료방광과도충영현영대골분적차당，사SPECT-CT전신현상도상질량득도보장。
Objective To investigate the solution for patients with dysuria during SPECT-CT whole body imaging inspection. Through communication and psychological counseling between patients and nurses,intense e-motional fear was removed from patients. Dysuria effect on patients was relieved by abdomen massage,listening to sound of water and other methods. Conclusion The solution to dysuria reduces imaging shelters on pelvis caused by bladder overfilling,and ensures the image quality of SPECT-CT whole body imaging inspection.
