导磁体由于能提高感应器效率,其应用面正在扩大。然而,导磁体往往会由于镶装不良而导致其早期失效。采用导热黏结剂薄膜作绝缘层,严格控制铜管与导磁体之间的间隙,通水冷却,在导磁体叠片间插入散热铜片等,均能有效提高导磁体的使用寿命。

The applications of magnetizers are being expanded owing to their being able to raise efficiency of inductor .However , the magnetizers become invalid frequently in the early stage due to the failure to be properly inserted .The service life of magnetizers can be significantly increased by the use of thermal conductive adhesive as an insulating spacer , the accurate control of clearance between magnetizer and copper tube , the cooling with water , the inlaying a cooling copper flake between laminates of magnetizer , etc.
