分析了钢管在光亮退火炉中加热时的对流传热,通过建立加热过程的数学模型,研究了钢种、钢管尺寸、生产率对钢管加热过程的影响。对钢管加热过程的模拟发现,钢管的直径对其在光亮退火炉中的加热过程的影响较小,钢管壁厚、钢种及钢管在炉内的运行速度是影响加热过程的主要参数。

Convective heat transfer during heating of steel pipe in a bright anneal furnace was analyzed .Through establishing mathematical model for the heating process , the effect of steel grade , steel pipe dimension and productivity on the heating process of steel pipe was investigated .From the simulation of heating process of steel pipe it was found that the heating of pipe in the bright anneal furnace was influenced less appreciably by the pipe diameter than by the steel pipe wall thickness , steel grade and running speed of pipe in the furnace .
