测试了涂与未涂NaCl盐膜的珠光体耐热钢在700℃的氧化动力学曲线。通过氧化腐蚀产物的分析,研究了NaCl盐膜对珠光体耐热钢抗高温腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,NaCl盐膜会促进珠光体耐热钢的高温氧化腐蚀,形成的氧化膜较厚、疏松,与基体结合性差,从而降低珠光体耐热钢抗高温腐蚀性能。
測試瞭塗與未塗NaCl鹽膜的珠光體耐熱鋼在700℃的氧化動力學麯線。通過氧化腐蝕產物的分析,研究瞭NaCl鹽膜對珠光體耐熱鋼抗高溫腐蝕性能的影響。結果錶明,NaCl鹽膜會促進珠光體耐熱鋼的高溫氧化腐蝕,形成的氧化膜較厚、疏鬆,與基體結閤性差,從而降低珠光體耐熱鋼抗高溫腐蝕性能。

Oxidation kinetics curves of the pearlitic heat resistant steel with and without NaCl salt film were measured at 700 ℃.The effect of NaCl salt film on high temperature corrosion resistance of the pearlitic heat resistant steel was investigated by analysis on the oxidation corrosion product .The results show that the NaCl salt film will accelerate the high temperature oxidation corrosion of the pearlite heat resistant steel , and render oxide film thicker , porous and poor adherence to the substrate , thus leading to a decrease in the high temperature corrosion resistance of the steel .
