为了实现学生就业与企业要求的零距离对接，以《Premiere视频制作》课程的教学设计为例，分别从课程目标确定、课程内容选择、课程教学实施、课程实施条件、课程评价五个方面阐述了基于行业一线制作流程的课程设计方法与要点。

In order to achieve the zero distance and seamless connection between employment of students and industry's needs ,this paper describes the methods and technical requirements of curriculum design based on the work flow through five aspects :the definition of curriculum object ,the choice of curriculum content ,the implementation of curriculum teaching ,the implementation condition of curricu-lum ,and the evaluation of curriculum .The design and implementation of the course is based on the case of the video production .By the practice ,the curriculum design have achieved good effects ,and formed some feathers .
