目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类检测在新生儿败血症的早期诊断和治疗的应用。方法:选2011-12~2013-06间在我院治疗的已确诊的细菌感染组40例新生儿,另外选取同期住院治疗确诊的病毒感染的40例新生儿,同时选取健康的40例新生儿,比较三组新生儿的hs-CRP、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类检测结果。结果:细菌感染组hs-CRP、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类的检测结果分别为(15.92±12.52) mg/L,(19.10±3.34)×109/L,(56.57±13.60)%;与病毒感染组及健康对照组分别比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);细菌感染组40例新生儿的hs-CRP、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类的阳性率分别为77%(31/40)、38%(15/40)、67%(27/40),均显著高于正常对照组( P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 x2=126.308)。细菌感染组40例新生儿中35例发热,35例发热新生儿治疗后hs-CRP、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类检测结果分别为(4.66±2.48) mg/L、(9.74±2.44)×109/L ,(34.14±6.06)%,分别均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:超敏C反应蛋白、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类联合检测对新生儿败血症早期诊断提供重要依据。

목적:탐토초민C반응단백、외주혈백세포계수、중성립세포분류검측재신생인패혈증적조기진단화치료적응용。방법:선2011-12~2013-06간재아원치료적이학진적세균감염조40례신생인,령외선취동기주원치료학진적병독감염적40례신생인,동시선취건강적40례신생인,비교삼조신생인적hs-CRP、외주혈백세포계수、중성립세포분류검측결과。결과:세균감염조hs-CRP、외주혈백세포계수、중성립세포분류적검측결과분별위(15.92±12.52) mg/L,(19.10±3.34)×109/L,(56.57±13.60)%;여병독감염조급건강대조조분별비교,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);세균감염조40례신생인적hs-CRP、외주혈백세포계수、중성립세포분류적양성솔분별위77%(31/40)、38%(15/40)、67%(27/40),균현저고우정상대조조( P<0.05),차이유통계학의의(P<0.05 x2=126.308)。세균감염조40례신생인중35례발열,35례발열신생인치료후hs-CRP、외주혈백세포계수、중성립세포분류검측결과분별위(4.66±2.48) mg/L、(9.74±2.44)×109/L ,(34.14±6.06)%,분별균교치료전명현강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:초민C반응단백、외주혈백세포계수、중성립세포분류연합검측대신생인패혈증조기진단제공중요의거。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of on high -sensitivity C-reactive protein , white blood cell count and neutro-phil category in the early diagnosis and treatment of neonatal sepsis.Methods:Selected 40 newborn patients had been diagnosed with neonatal sepsis infection from December 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital.Also the same period hospitalization diagnosed 40 newborn patients infected by the virus as the virus infection group , and 40 neonatal health examination.Results:Bacterial infection group of pa-tients hs -CRP, peripheral blood leukocyte count measurement , neutrophil category results of the ratio (15.92 ±12.52) mg/L, (19.10 ±3.34) ×109/L, (56.57 ±13.60)%, and virus infection group and healthy controls groups were compared among the three groups, there was a significant difference ( P﹤0.05).Bacterial infection group of 40 patients hs-CRP, peripheral blood leukocyte count measurement , neutrophil category positive rates were 77%( 31/40 ) 、38%( 15/40 )、67%( 27/40 ) , respectively , which were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P<0.05 x2 =126.308).Bacterial infection group of 40 patients in 35 cases of fever, 35 cases of fever in children after treatment hs -CRP, peripheral blood leukocyte count measurement , neutrophil category were (4.66 ±2.48)mg/L, (9.74 ±2.44) ×109/L, (34.14 ±6.06)%, respectively, compared with treatment before significantly re-duced, and the difference was significant ( P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined detection of hs -CRP, peripheral blood leukocyte count measurement , neutrophil category has important significance for ealy diagnosis and treatment of neonatal sepsis .
