Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus%Hawthorn Leaves Flavonoids%PCNA
目的:探讨山楂总黄酮对雄性Wistar糖尿病( DM)大鼠睾丸组织的保护作用及其PCNA表达影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、胰岛素治疗组和山楂叶总黄酮治疗组( HLF组)。,每组10只,尾静脉注射1%链尿佐菌素(STZ)溶液诱导糖尿病模型。 HLF组给予山楂叶总黄酮200mg/( kg· d)定时灌胃给药。取一侧睾丸组织甲醛固定,用于制作免疫荧光切片,激光共聚焦显微镜观察。结果:2型糖尿病模型制备成功, HLF治疗后大鼠血糖显著低于模型组(p<0.01),大鼠体重和睾丸质量明显增加,曲细精管直径接近于正常,HLF组大鼠睾丸组织PCNA含量显著高于对照组( p<0.01)。结论:山楂叶总黄酮能改善糖尿病大鼠睾丸损伤提升睾丸组织中PCNA的含量表达,对睾丸组织具有明显保护作用。
目的:探討山楂總黃酮對雄性Wistar糖尿病( DM)大鼠睪汍組織的保護作用及其PCNA錶達影響。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠40隻,隨機分為正常對照組、糖尿病模型組、胰島素治療組和山楂葉總黃酮治療組( HLF組)。,每組10隻,尾靜脈註射1%鏈尿佐菌素(STZ)溶液誘導糖尿病模型。 HLF組給予山楂葉總黃酮200mg/( kg· d)定時灌胃給藥。取一側睪汍組織甲醛固定,用于製作免疫熒光切片,激光共聚焦顯微鏡觀察。結果:2型糖尿病模型製備成功, HLF治療後大鼠血糖顯著低于模型組(p<0.01),大鼠體重和睪汍質量明顯增加,麯細精管直徑接近于正常,HLF組大鼠睪汍組織PCNA含量顯著高于對照組( p<0.01)。結論:山楂葉總黃酮能改善糖尿病大鼠睪汍損傷提升睪汍組織中PCNA的含量錶達,對睪汍組織具有明顯保護作用。
목적:탐토산사총황동대웅성Wistar당뇨병( DM)대서고환조직적보호작용급기PCNA표체영향。방법:Wistar웅성대서40지,수궤분위정상대조조、당뇨병모형조、이도소치료조화산사협총황동치료조( HLF조)。,매조10지,미정맥주사1%련뇨좌균소(STZ)용액유도당뇨병모형。 HLF조급여산사협총황동200mg/( kg· d)정시관위급약。취일측고환조직갑철고정,용우제작면역형광절편,격광공취초현미경관찰。결과:2형당뇨병모형제비성공, HLF치료후대서혈당현저저우모형조(p<0.01),대서체중화고환질량명현증가,곡세정관직경접근우정상,HLF조대서고환조직PCNA함량현저고우대조조( p<0.01)。결론:산사협총황동능개선당뇨병대서고환손상제승고환조직중PCNA적함량표체,대고환조직구유명현보호작용。
Objective:To observe the changes of PCNA expression in diabetes mellitus rats'testis and explore the effect of HLF on diabetes mellitus rats'procreation function .Methods:40 male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups ( Control group , Diabetes mellitus model group , Insulinized group and HLF group ) and there were ten in each group .Diabetic rat model was induced by a vena caudalis injection of streptozotocin (30mg/kg).Rats in HLF group received HLF for 200mg /kg.d by gavage.One testis was taken and fixed in formaldehyde to make immunofluorescence section and pathological section .Results:Type 2 diabetes mellitus models were success-fully constructed after treated by HLF.Their blood sugar concentration was significantly lower than model group (p<0.01),and their weight as well as testis increased significantly .The diameter of convoluted seminiferous tubule was close to the normal level .The PC-NA expression of HLF group was significantly higher than that of Model group (p<0.01).Conclusion:Improving testis injury in dia-betic rats and promoting the expression of PCNA significantly , HLF could protect testis tissue .
