Cadre education in higher vocational colleges is a continuous process .Making full use of the theory of learning organization in the cadre education and leading cadres to study and innovate actively will have a win-win effect on the development of both the school and the cadre himself .In order to im-prove the level of school education and promote the grow th of cadres ,higher vocational colleges should create unique campus culture ,build the shared prospects ,better the mental model ,pursuit self -tran-scendence and carry out cadre education integration system .
