为研究钢管在弹体侵彻过程中的变形特点,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,采用Johnson-Cook模型,模拟了半球形弹体以不同速度正向冲击钢管时的非线性动力响应情况。结果表明:弹体速度越小,钢管的抗侵彻性能越好;弹体速度越接近临界破坏速度,钢管降低弹体速度的能力就越明显;弹体冲击钢管时,钢管上表面比下表面更容易产生大变形,消耗更多的弹体动能,并在抗侵彻过程中伴有局部凹陷、蝶形变形和贯穿现象。实验结果可为圆柱壳结构钢管在冲击荷载作用下的耗能分析提供参考。
為研究鋼管在彈體侵徹過程中的變形特點,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA軟件,採用Johnson-Cook模型,模擬瞭半毬形彈體以不同速度正嚮遲擊鋼管時的非線性動力響應情況。結果錶明:彈體速度越小,鋼管的抗侵徹性能越好;彈體速度越接近臨界破壞速度,鋼管降低彈體速度的能力就越明顯;彈體遲擊鋼管時,鋼管上錶麵比下錶麵更容易產生大變形,消耗更多的彈體動能,併在抗侵徹過程中伴有跼部凹陷、蝶形變形和貫穿現象。實驗結果可為圓柱殼結構鋼管在遲擊荷載作用下的耗能分析提供參攷。
위연구강관재탄체침철과정중적변형특점,기우ANSYS/LS-DYNA연건,채용Johnson-Cook모형,모의료반구형탄체이불동속도정향충격강관시적비선성동력향응정황。결과표명:탄체속도월소,강관적항침철성능월호;탄체속도월접근림계파배속도,강관강저탄체속도적능력취월명현;탄체충격강관시,강관상표면비하표면경용역산생대변형,소모경다적탄체동능,병재항침철과정중반유국부요함、접형변형화관천현상。실험결과가위원주각결구강관재충격하재작용하적모능분석제공삼고。
In order to study the deformation of the steel pile under projective penetration, the nonlinear dynamic response pro-cess of the hemispherical projectile with different speed shocking into the steel pipe was numerically simulated based on the soft-ware ANSYS/LS-DYNA and Johnson-Cook model. The results demonstrate that the lower the projectile velocity is,the better the pipe steel anti-penetration performance is;when the speed is closer to the critical speed, the ability to reduce the projectile velocity is more obvious;the upper surface of the steel pipe is more prone to large deformation and consumption of kinetic energy projectile than the lower surface associated with the local dent, dish-shaped deformation and penetration phenomenon in the process of anti-penetration to prevent the bullet further penetration. The research results can be applied to analysis energy dissipation of the cylin-drical shell structure under penetration load.
