在中国特色社会主义民主政治不断推进的形势下，大学生作为一个特殊的政治参与群体而存在，培养其理性参政素养十分必要。结合四川文理学院大学生中国特色社会主义理论研究会的实例，简要分析了高校政治性理论社团的第三部门特性、组织运作机制及开展的政治实践活动对培养大学生理性参政素养的重要意义，认为应该从加强社团自身建设、健全民主制度、加大政府和社会支持等方面进行努力，使高校政治性理论社团充分发挥好培养大学生理性参政素养的作用。

With the development of Chinese socialist democratic politics,it is necessary for college students to cultivate the characteristics of rationally participating in the management of state affairs.This paper briefly analyzes the important meanings in the practical experience in Socialism with Chinese characteristics of Theoretical Research Association in Si-chuan University of Arts and Science,including the following aspects,the organization and mechanism of the group and the practical activity of public etc.Thus,some measures need to be taken from these aspects to cultivate the college students’political characteristics,including the groups building,the sound systems of democracy,and the support of government and society.
