目的：调查中国围绝经期女性性功能障碍的患病率和患病类型，以及绝经、年龄、抑郁心理、与性伴侣同居时间、吸烟、妊娠次数等因素对女性性功能的影响。方法采用横断面研究方法，应用女性性功能量表（ Female Sexual Function Index ，FSFI）、抑郁自评量表（ Self Rating Depression Scale ，SDS）对首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院妇科内分泌门诊女性就诊者及陪同的女性家属以及黑龙江省、山东省不同的城市社区围绝经期女性进行问卷调查，采用SPSS 13．0建立数据库并对数据进行分析。结果共发放500份问卷，收回完整问卷461份，收回率92．2％，经过筛选后，有298例完整问卷纳入统计分析。 FSFI总分平均分是23．69，按照FSFI总分小于26．55定义为有性功能障碍，则58．1％的围绝经期的女性有女性性功能障碍。基于FSFI 6个维度的评分分析，其中50．7％有性欲障碍，43．3％有性唤起障碍，35．6％有性高潮障碍，33．6％有性满意障碍，29．5％有性交痛，28．5％有阴道润滑障碍。年龄增长和抑郁心理是性功能障碍的危险因素（P＜0．05），同居时间、吸烟、是否绝经、妊娠次数等对女性性功能无显著影响（P＞0．05）。结论使用FSFI量表问卷，以26．55为cut-off值，中国围绝经期女性性功能障碍的患病率为58．1％；各维度患病率由高到低排列为性欲障碍、性唤起障碍、性高潮障碍、性满意障碍、性交痛、阴道润滑障碍。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and the types of female sexual dysfunction ( FSD) of perimenopause women in our clinic, and the influence of menopause , age, smoking, cohabitation time, the number of pregnancy and depression on female sexual function.Methods This was a cross-sectional study .The patients from Dept .of Gynecological Endocrinology in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University and menopausal women from different communities of Heilongjiang and Shandong Province were investigated with questionnaires of FSFI and self rating Depression Scale ( SDS) .All data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results A total of 500 questionnaires were granted and 92.2% of those were recovered .298 questionnaires were included for analysis after screening in the end .The average total score of FSFI was 23.69 and the prevalence of FSD is 58.1% in perimenopause women according to the definition of FSD , the total score of FSFI below of 26.55, in our study.According to the 6 dimensions of FSFI , the prevalence of sexual desire disorder , sexual arousal disorder , orgasm disorder , sexual satisfaction disorder , sexual pain and vaginal lubrication disorders were 50.7%, 43.3%, 35.6%, 33.6%, 29.5%and 28.5%orderly.Higher age and depression are risks for FSD (P<0.05), menopause, the number of pregnancy, cohabitation time, smoking, drinking had no significant effect on female sexual function(P>0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of FSD of perimenopause women in our clinic is 58.1%, and the prevalence of sexual desire disorder , sexual arousal disorder , orgasm disorder , sexual satisfaction disorder , sexual pain and vaginal lubrication disorders were 50.7%, 43.3%, 35.6%, 33.6%, 29.5%and 28.5%in turn.
