延边卫视作为国内唯一的地区级、朝鲜语卫星电视，是在对内传播的同时代表国家承担对外传播任务、塑造国家形象的跨境传播媒体。旨在分析延边卫视承担跨境传播使命的历史必然性，把握延边卫视跨境传播的探索历程，探讨其依托民族形象传播塑造国家形象的启示，为边疆少数民族地区的卫星电视如何在新形势下开展跨境传播、塑造国家形象提供借鉴和参考。

As the only domestic regional Korean satellite TV in China, Yanbian TV is a cross-border transmission medium, which not only undertakes the task of internal communication but also the task of international communication and shaping the image of the country. This paper at-tempts to probe into the historical inevitability of cross-border communication carried out by Yanbian TV and the exploration process of Yanbian TV in cross-border transmission and dis-cusses the enlightenments for the transmission and shaping of country image based on the trans-mission of national image, aiming at providing references for satellite TV in frontier minority are-as in cross-border transmission and molding our country′s image under the new situation.
