解读和分析了中国少数民族文化的特征和现状，指出推动中国少数民族优秀文化走向世界对提高中国文化“软实力”，增强中国在国际社会上的影响，实现伟大的文化复兴具有划时代的重要意义。探索了中国少数民族文化对外传播的路径。

The characteristics and status quo of Chinese minority culture are interpreted and ana-lyzed objectively and comprehensively in this paper. Based on these, it points out that to pro-mote Chinese excellent minority culture to the world is of epoch-making significance for the im-provement of Chinese cultural “soft power”, the enhancement of China′s influence in interna-tional society and the realization of China′s great cultural renaissance. Then paths of external transmission of Chinese minority culture are explored and constructive suggestions are presented.
