重大项目工程在中国的现代化和社会管理中发挥重要作用。但现代化进程中酝酿着冲突和不稳定性，使其愈发显现出引发社会不稳定因素的风险源头性。因此，将社会稳定风险评估机制应用于重大项目工程建设进程中有着重大的意义。目前我国的风险评估技术发展尚不成熟，在开展评估工作中存在许多的问题。需要探讨完善社会稳定风险评估制定的思路和对策；

Key projects play an important role in China's modernization and social administration,but in the process of modernization,the projects may cause conflict and instability,which is difficult for the unripe risk as-sessment mechanism to cope with.To solve the problems,it is necessary to introduce the social stability risk as-sessment mechanism into the construction of key projects and work out some countermeasures.
